Zach sent me out an absolute awesome mechanic named JD! I was in town for the weekend and had a check engine code. Long story short I was attempting to replace my thermostat housing when I dropped the bolt down INTO the engine 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️I already had been to the parts store twice to get tools I needed that I don’t have with me because we live in Edmond. They bailed me out and came out and retrieved the bolt and completed the repair! They really saved my bacon!!!!!💜💜💜

Had a rear wheel seal go out on a DRW dodge 3500 on a Saturday afternoon around 1 pm when we arrived at our camp ground. Called the number provided and had someone answer promptly. Told them my situation and he said to text him my make model and vin which I did immediately. Called 15 min later to confirm he got the message which he did and was trying to source parts for the repair. Waited hour and a half before calling again with no answer then proceeded to text with no answer. So not sure what happened but ended up getting a ride to town and getting the tools and parts I needed to get it fixed enough to get home by myself because we were headed out the next day or 2. At least when I called the other 8 places they said they were busy and couldn’t get to it, just didn’t do a no call no show

Absolutely amazing service. My wife and I were pulling a trailer with our car on it when a tire blew out on the trailer at 02:00am. We were able to set up roadside assistance with the driver and he was there and had everything fixed in no time! Most professional and personable assistance I've ever received. I will definitely be calling again if im ever in need.

Have an $8000 charge on my credit card and have never heard of nor used this company. We don’t even live in the same state. Fraudulent activity out of this business.
