We had a wonderful experience with Juan and Dave both! We are from another area, but they made us feel right at home with their no pressure sales approach. We were able to check out my new vehicle privately and also test drive it, so we were free to talk about it as a family before deciding if it was the right one. They were also very open to our request to get a pre-purchase inspection, and there was no push back on any additional add ons, but were nothing but the upmost in treating us with kindness and consideration; we ended up feeling like family when we drove off the lot. I stopped by to test drive a Porsche Macan and it was a very chill experience. Juan encouraged me to just take it out for a spin. I didn't feel babysat or pressured to buy at all. I ultimately made a pretty aggressive offer a couple of days later fully figuring they wouldn't be able to sell it for that. We couldn't come to a deal, but I would absolutely go back if there was another vehicle I was interested in.

I bought a 2018 Audi Q7 a little over a month ago from TDI Auto and they were great to work with. Very communicative, not at all pushy and made the process easy.
