I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership not once but twice. The first experience was about four years ago and it was such a seamless and caring interaction that carried on through my owning a vehicle there so naturally I returned. I felt the next purchase would be similar so I trusted them to sell me a vehicle that I could also enjoy for the upcoming years however have not enjoyed it. They sold a vehicle that they could not service without any disclosure of it. I purchased a warranty particularly because I could take it there in my hometown. I gave up calling after multiple attempts to where often they would not take my calls, return texts and made me feel I just wasn’t worth their time. My husband and I broke down at 5:15 in the morning and was towed here. The service dept did not open until 8. Justin saw us outside (and it was COLD). He let us in at 7 to sit in the lounge. We were able to get a rental and get back home. When they did the diagnostics our poor baby needed a new motor. We came back two days later to return the car. We ended up buying a vehicle and the everyone was so kind to us and very helpful. They even gave us a small credit for our car, even though it was shot. When leaving we found out that not only was our experience great but our credit card was not charged for the diagnostics or the car rental. Awesome experience. Everyone, Justin, Kyle, Cheryl, Tina, Carlton and Bass were all so wonderful. And Jason detailed it so nicely.

On JULY 22, 2024 YES 2024, that is not a misprint. I went to Team Auto MORGANTON due to multiple check engine lights being on in my jeep. It was diagnosed, and told I needed a new ABS Module. Today, MARCH 9, 2026, I received the part and the problem was fixed. It took over 1 year and 7 months to get this part in, during this time I was told multiple different things about what was happening with the part, where it was, etc. I called, left messages, at times I was called back, other times ignored. The real issue is that today I walked away paying $770 for labor. on July 22, 2024 I ordered and paid for this part. I did speak with the service manager who I felt was less than concerned for the fact that it took 19 months for a part to come in. I would not get my vehicle serviced at TEAM AUTO M
