Team Ferrari Auto Sales

Bought the car two Months ago.. check engine light came on before the temp tags expired... been trying to get the title, promised it would be sent by mail.. called said would be a few day... it wasn't been calling every few days everyday I'm promised the next day and everyday I'm told a few more days.... still haven't gotten the title. Frustrating liars.

They seemed very nice and helpful when we bought the car. But when we tried to get the title from them after the 7 days they said it would take, they said it wasn't ready but would be ready the next day. So we call then and its not ready, tomorrow for sure they say. And so on and so on for 5 days. Everyday they promised it'd be ready for us the next day, freaking liars. These people OVER-PROMISE and UNDER-DELIVER.

I purchased a 2004 honda odyssey from the brookpark dealership. The owner of auto lot promised me that title and remote controls (fobs) would be forthcoming in a couple of days. I paid in full with cash. Well a month later and I still haven't received them. They play a game and order their cars from out of state. Then they promise to have the title in a couple of days.I kept the pressure on them and 3 weeks later they finally gave me the title but the title had my name mispelled on it. Then they kept telling me the fobs were ready and when I arrived there the the fobs were literrally broken with missing buttons.. They even tried to pass off a chevrolet fob on me. Then they call you without appointment and say the fob programmer is here with the fobs but he has to leave in 3 minutes. In ot

Initial purchase was great. Everything after has been bad. I bought my car on February 2nd. They promised a title to me in two weeks. I had to reach out several times to offer to pay tax and fees. They let me pay these Feb 16th. Then they said the title would be there the following Wednesday. Then Friday. Then next week. Then Wednesday again. Then it was “sent priority mail” early last week, but still hasn’t gotten here and we are two hours away. They keep putting it off and we haven’t gotten the title. It has been a month and a half and they still can’t explain why the title isn’t here. Communication has also been lacking when we reach out. We will be contacting the BBB.

I traded my car and cash for a car that was told to be in great shape. I drove the vehicle for 5 days and the right rear tire almost fell off due to the rear frame being rotted and broken. The car was unsafe and should have never been sold. And when presented with the issue the owner didnt care and told me i should have spent more money.
