Brought in my CX9 for an issue that had been driving us crazy. Check in process in was simple, staff were polite and professional. There was an odd popping noise when the vehicle would hit the smallest bump or when turning. It seemed to be coming from above the left front tire or steering column. After inspecting the vehicle they determined it was being caused by loose bolts on some type of (wiper related?) bar under the hood that spans nearly the width of the hood area, near the windshield. Apparently there had been some type of bulletin put out by Mazda concerning this issue as well. They sent a video explaining what had been determined, tightened the bolts and made sure the noise was gone. They took care of this problem as a courtesy and did not charge me. I wouldn’t recommend using the service department at Team Mazda. I brought a Mazda SUV with a reoccurring issue where the vehicle is experiencing low oil levels between oil changes. Both times they blamed the oil change for the low oil (completed by another Mazda dealership and then a popular shop in town). Even after showing evidence that the oil is decreasing over 2-3 months after the oil change they claimed that the only way to find the issue is to have an oil change completed by them then seeing if it happens for a third time. Even under warranty they ignored my receipts and photos documenting the ongoing issue and instead tried to make me pay for an unnecessary oil change after only 3,000 miles. I like this Mazda location. I feel that most of the service managers are honest and care about you as a customer. Somebody once came out from the back office to explain to me why I didn't need an expensive thing I thought I needed!!!! I was just trying to order it, but they took that time to save me money and trouble. This kind of extra-mile service made me very loyal to Team. The last time I went, I had a different experience and felt like I was bothering or annoying the service manager when checking in and asking about whether the service I selected online was the right thing. Then it ended up costing me a LOT. Maybe it would have been like that this time no matter where I went and no matter who helped me, but my trust is somehow just not there anymore. I love this dealership. Heidi, the sales lady took so much time with me to find something I would be elated to leave in. I suggest you request her if you do go-to this dealership. I despise car dealerships, but I have to say I absolutely loved my wonderful experience at this dealership. Heidi is very down to earth, HONEST, and will do what so ever she possibly can to help you choose/decide, and also helped to find THE BEST monthly insurance rates. Heidi was far too funny and more than delightful to work with, no doubt. By far the best sales lady I have EVER DEALT WITH AT TEAM MAZDA. I have never had so much fun at a dealership. She did everything she could to find the Mazda I was satisfied with.

Had a bad experience with this service center. After servicing, they mentioned that there was a 3% fees on credit cards. I have never heard of any dealership charging fees on credit cards. I also asked for a quick car wash as I used to get one in other locations and the sales guy asked me to wait an hour for the wash. Never coming back again.
