Friendly, knowledgeable staff, extremely fast turnaround, and the diagnostic price is well below the dealership industry standard. The only disappointment of note was the repair estimate; Team One was touted by an independent third party as 'willing to perform repairs at a fraction of the cost of dealerships', however the estimate provided was woefully comparable to my dealership estimate. Will still recommend to others for fast, efficient, and affordable diagnostic services

Highly recommend - honest, curtious, and skilled. Our car started having transmission problems on our way from VA to NYC course to Mechanicsburg Pa. We stopped at several shops, including the dealership, without much luck. The dealer told us that we needed to replace the transmission. The Team One shop were curtious, explained that it could be that the transmission has failed, but offered to do a thorough inspection. We left the car with them. They figured out that the transmission was find, but the fluid was over filled. They drained and refilled it to appropriate levels. We ended up paying just over 400 for the diagnosis and repairs and now it runs better then even before.

Dropped my 09 Infiniti fx 35 off for state inspection and emissions. Vehicle had engine service soon light on. Team one property diagnosed issue called me with an estimate for repairs. I gave the thumbs up for service, vehicle was ready for pick up within 2 hours of estimate given for repairs. Thanks again team one for an awesome job well job!!

We had a great experience getting our car fixed at Team One. We had to go to four different mechanics before we found one that could help us and we’re glad we did. Jack and Reagan were very courteous and thorough, accurately diagnosed the reason for our car breaking down on our way, and fixed our car transmission issues. We highly recommend them!
