Team Toyota of Langhorne Parts Center

My husband purchased windshield wiper rubber inserts to save money, instead of having to purchase the whole wiper. Needless to say, he wasn’t saving much money at all. Team Toyota is charging 19.99 for one rubber wiper insert as opposed to other local dealerships who are only charging half of that. When I called the parts center to discuss this with the representative he told me that the workers and management have no bearing on the prices which are set by the dealership. He is right, they do not have any governance or influence on the prices which are pre-determined, however that fact that this dealership’s prices are so Inflated, as compared to other local dealerships, makes me extremely reluctant to ever use them again for parts or even service.
