The sales department is good. We purchased 5 new vehicles since they were in business and still own 4. We will purchase our next vehicle there. The body shop is good they rebuilt our van and repaired deer and accident damage to 3 vehicles. All repairs were done well. The service department deteriorated after Covid. We had all of our service there and stopped after poor service and indifferent customer service. I took a vehicle in for PA inspection ,water pump and a CV shaft replacement. The items were replaced but the vehicle was not inspected. The service advisor forgot to include it on the work order. They had to keep the vehicle another 3 days to drive it 100 miles to reset the ECM for emissions. I took the car back because the differential fluid was dripping on the exhaust. Af

I found handful of sand and small rocks, mixed in my oil. I do my own change oil, every 3k miles I always check for metal shavings. This van is fully paid but warranty is over. I did two oil change to save my engine from this malice evil mechanics. This picture taken from second oil change. You have been warned. Be aware. If you have visited this dealership recently, drain or replace your engine oil immediately, replace new oil filter, this will ruin your connecting rod bearings, piston rings with sand will scrape the cylinder resulting uneven surface cylinder wall,engine knocking,lost compression,blowby,high oil consumption,oil pump and piston rings will seize. If you have found similar case like this, post it. I only came to this dealership for suspension checkup. I paid with receipt,
