Arrived at 4:10 and online said they close at 4:30 so i empty my trailer load of tin with the gentlemen working there who definitly worked for his pay but go back on the scale to weigh out and let the guy working the window know I had aluminum, copper brass rad., batteries, electric motors,condensers,copper,and brass (and not a small amount of copper and brass atleast 400lbs of clean copper and 150lbs brass) and the guy working the scale says well we close at 4:30 the garage is closed and pushes the money out for the tin. I haven't went their in years because I would weigh my truck and trailer with load at the paper mill and everytime I went their it was 300 to 400lbs lighter but my buddy told me they are better now they will take care of me then this happens so they will never get my busi

Best paying place around for non-ferrous metals! Usually paying around $.25 more than any other scrapyard in 100 mile radius for copper and as long as theres no line or only a couple people ahead of you your in and out in under 10 minutes. Also trustworthy. As ive taken in thousands of lbs of copper and brass and never once been screwed or felt that I got less than it was worth! Also if you have questions about anything or how to prepare certain metals (which i have had a few times)the owner Van is almost always on site. Highly recommend

(Edit: ripped off again, this time they gave $9 for 30lbs of aluminum!?)Multiple times I've felt like I got jipped MASSIVELY here, but couldn't prove it till today..I brought in some stripped jumper cables & extension cords & cans/an 8' stick of 1" hollow aluminum tubing..on the receipt it said that tube weighs TWO LBS...8 FOOT??(I only made 11 bucks for EVERYTHING?!) I looked up the weight of that specific tube, (it still had the sticker from store in it when I scrapped it) well turns out it weighs DOUBLE that.. 4 lbs. Yea they rob you here.

Great place to get money for things you pay to throw away. Guys are helpful and fair prices for scrap metal
