I really wanted to give this shop a good review. I’m traveling across the country and wanted to have my car checked beforehand so I could drive with confidence. I heard a singular pop and decided to get the repair and a general inspection done at the same time. They quickly diagnosed the issue with the struts and completed the repair the same day, which I appreciated. That’s what the 3 stars are for. However, I specifically asked that the tires and battery be checked since I was about to go on a very long road trip. Communication was minimal outside of the repair itself, and I only received the full invoice after asking for it. The inspection noted that the tires and battery had been checked. What a great overall experience I just had at Tech One Automotive. I had some random car issues this morning so was on the hunt for a good, reliable, and vetted mechanic and had this place recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so glad they did! If you’re looking for a good place to take your car, come here. Even if you’re further away, it’s so worth the customer support, good car care, and honest conversations where non-car people aren’t taken advantage of! A true rarity! My Mustang had a bunch of issues that needed repair, the biggest one being an exhaust leak. They repaired everything in 2 days, kept me updated along the way, and I think the price was fair. They also offer one of the best warranties, 5y/50K miles. Great service and experience!

Working with TechOne has been the smoothest and worry free experience. They not only took care of my car but made sure I was able to get to work and home when the repair lasted more than a day. After dealing with a repair shop in Temple that didn’t communicate during the entire month they had one of my other cars, I was extremely impressed when Terry continually kept me informed of the status of the repairs. Stopped by for an oil change yesterday based upon their stellar reviews. The reviews were right, these guys are awesome. Great price, lowest I’ve seen after a promo they were running. Honest 12 point inspection, advised the brakes were getting close, which I knew. Go support a local business and check them out!
