Their website, Ford Wholesale HQ is a scam. Sold a part that didn't match the picture then refuse to do a return. Was put on hold for 20 minutes and still waiting. What horrible customer service! Tell Andrew to get back to his desk! 55 minute update. Still on hold after 50 minutes! I showered and still no response!

Been a customer 10 years - service has went downhill. There's a few great service advisors who try their best and are good people, but I've started to get treated a bit rude/unkind. 2 years ago, the service department somehow forgot I had given them my car, and after waiting 2 hours they realized I should be in the queue and fumbled that horribly. Then last year, something similar happened, and they caught that I almost slipped unnoticed, then rushed my service and didn't provide any proof of having performed an oil change and seemed not confident. They ended up having to have me come back early next morning to prove that they provided the listed services. I am here, now, writing the review with incredible wait times projected and even if I can't get my car back same day, there's 0 loan

When you need a Ford part. This is the spot! Customer service is excellent. They go out of the way to find it or order it for. Plus the best part is no deposit required. Wow factor.. love it! Keep rockin Ted Britt / Quick Lane parts and service. 🤙
