Friendly people and atmosphere! Was offered something to drink while waiting for my daughter's car being serviced and a recall fixed today! Good fast service! I love to drive her Lincoln Navigator! It's easy to handle on the roads! I am very pleased with this company! Side mirror corrosion, to be replaced! Im waiting now, my daughter made 2pm appointment for me to bring it down here! Im happy with everything so far! Real easy to schedule appointments! Already made another for another reason! Very professional!

I recently bought a used vehicle from Ted Russell Lincoln. What a beautiful showroom. The receptionist greeted me when I walked in. My salesman was great and very thorough, I didn’t feel pressured at all. All my questions were answered. Ted Russell Lincoln takes care of whatever needs to be done - oil changes, maintenance and body work repairs. They do excellent work! I am kept updated with the progress of my car and everyone I have had contact with are very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend them!

Alan, Matt and Andy did an awesome job in satisfying our automobile needs. Didn’t have exactly the Lincoln Nautilus with the features we wanted, but found on at another dealer and had it there the next day.
