My husband took my car last week for an oil change and was told that we needed an alignment every time we get an oil change. While he did fix himself. I hope in the future they do not recommend services that are not necessary. The economy is tough right now and most people are struggling to pay for groceries. Please be kind while we are all trying to make a living ! I am willing to change my review after better visits. Hopefully they speak with their team and resolve this issue.

My experience with this establishment was deeply disappointing. The staff failed to disclose the potential risks associated with servicing a high-mileage CVT transmission, a crucial detail that should have been communicated prior to the work being performed. The day after the service, the transmission began to slip. When I returned to address the issue, the shop denied any responsibility.
