Absolutely the best car wash in Temecula been coming here for 15 years. I get my car waxed every six months here they have the best price in town.

I come here all the time and have always had good experiences with their basic car wash, which is why I decided to treat myself to their $80 Super Wash Interior service for the first time. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. I waited about 30 minutes, which was fine, but when I got my car back the first thing I noticed was that the exterior of my trunk was still puddled with water. When I opened the trunk, it was clear that nothing had been vacuumed at all. There were still wood chips in the trunk and the entire area looked untouched. I had also arrived with my back seats folded down, and they didn’t even bother to lift them or vacuum underneath or on the back seats. Im so disappointed with my recent visit. I opted for "The Works" service, which cost $40, and yet the job was incomplete to be considered good service. The most glaring oversight was the condition of my floor mats. They are new all weather mats so the visible dust and light dirt really stood out against the clean interior. They were only vacuumed, and when that didn't remove the fine dust print no attempt was made to wipe them. I didn't expect the mats to be taken out and deep-cleaned—a simple swipe with a damp cloth, which is already being used for the rest of the car's interior, it would have taken less than 10 seconds and completely solved the problem along with a satisfied customer. First time I’ve been here in years and I wasn’t super impressed. The people were nice, but the minute I got in my truck I noticed they’d missed vacuuming a couple places. My seat was all the way back, which wasn’t a big deal, but it was clear there was debris in clear sight they’d missed vacuuming. That I don’t understand that. If I could see it then they could see it. Paying $30 for a car wash I expect a thorough vacuum job. Especially if you can clearly see something that was missed. Definitely an oversight that was visible to anyone cleaning my truck. Plus the mats weren’t wiped down. Not sure if that was extra or not. I came home and vacuumed what they missed and cleaned my mats. Now I know why I haven’t been to this particular car wash. PS. I should have read the reviews!

Temecula Car Wash and their employees are amazing. It was my first time visiting and felt very welcomed. Highly recommend
