Bought my first bike from Temecula Motorsports Five stars. I had the privilege of working with Danny who showed me around the floor and even took me to the warehouse out back to check out a Ninja 650. We were able to negotiate a price fairly quickly. Excellent customer service from Danny.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so blatantly unprofessional that it needs to be said. I was completely upfront about my negative equity on my Harley, and the salesperson repeatedly assured me—after supposedly checking with management—that the deal could be done with $0 down. The moment they ran my credit, the story flipped. Suddenly they needed $4,000–$5,000 down because they “couldn’t finance the negative equity.” I work in auto sales. I know exactly how deals are structured. What I don’t tolerate is being lied to just to get a credit check. Instead of owning the mistake, the salesperson blamed the manager, and the manager blamed the salesperson. Nobody could give me a straight answer.
