Rey was friendly and arrived in a timely manner. Their price is also pretty reasonable. I will for sure use them again if I need a tow. I also liked that he updated me when the car was delivered.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!! My car broke down on the side of the road. I contacted this company to tow my car back to my house. Within minutes of getting off the phone my car started working again. I called them back immediately and asked if they could cancel because my car started working again. They told me that was fine. The said that they would give me a call back when they get in the office and refund the amount and charge me a cancellation fee. After not hearing back from them a few minutes after, I gave a call back to see if everything was okay and if they were able to process the refund. They were extremely upset I was calling back and began reacting in an unprofessional way, yelling, cursing, etc. End of it all they did not refund me and they charged a cancellation fee.

My experience with Ten/31 Towing Co. was extremely disappointing. The service was unprofessional and the staff seemed indifferent to my situation. I had to wait much longer than expected for them to arrive, and once they did, the driver was rude and unhelpful. Overall, it felt like they were more interested in getting the job done quickly rather than providing quality service. I would not recommend them to anyone in need of towing.

Early this morning my Kia started malfunctioning. The lights and horn kept blaring off and the doors locked and wouldn’t open. At 7:30 this morning I called Mr. Edwin and he was instantly ready to help. He arrived in quick time and was able to get the situation under control. He was skilled in what he was doing with the car and he was polite and professional as we spoke about a plan of action for the issue going forward. He really helped me out of this very stressful situation!
