I purchased my vehicle from this place and got screwed. I was is desperate need of a vehicle, and they exploited that. The lady asked me if I wanted Gap and the Extended Warranty. I said yes to both. Only to read through my contract later on and see that she selected no Gap protection on my vehicle that I was seriously overcharged for. There is no option to buy gap protection after the sale, so if the vehicle is involved in an accident and can’t be repaired then that remaining debt will roll over into a new contract. I will be what they call upside down. I don’t understand why she would do that to me. What does she get out of selling the vehicle without gap insurance. That was some slimy stuff.

So, I wanted to wait to make this review so I can give an honest and accurate opinion . Let me start off by saying , I understand the risks that come with buying a used car. I wasn’t expecting perfection. But my experience with the vehicle I bought has been extremely frustrating. I purchased a vehicle from them about seven months ago, and it’s been nothing but problems since day one. From mechanical issues to unexpected repairs, it feels like I drove off the lot with someone else’s headache. I gave the benefit of the doubt at first, thinking maybe it was just bad luck, but the amount of trouble I’ve had makes me question the inspection process and overall quality of the vehicles being sold here.
