Don’t waste your time. If you report a SA they will demote you and change your schedule around and do absolutely nothing to protect (you hell the managers won’t even give you a call about it.) Forget about fair and competitive wages as they expect you to literally work yourself to the point of exhaustion just for a $900 paycheck after 2 weeks and that is on a good paycheck. If you run into a string of cars that takes you longer then 2hrs and 45 minutes and have a really low efficiency your pay goes down to a reduced rate usually around $10-$12 you may get lucky if you have a good manager and he can push for extra time but if you ask to much you will get told it doesn’t make sense for them to add time so there is a chance (greater then 75%) that you don’t get paid for what you actually did
