I had a frustrating experience with this dealership while inquiring about a vehicle on behalf of a client. One of the original listing photos clearly showed a check engine light illuminated on the dashboard with the car idling engine on. When I brought this up, I was told multiple times that there was no check engine light, even after I pointed to the specific photo. To verify the vehicle’s condition, I asked for a basic OBD2 scan report showing any stored or pending codes. Instead of providing documentation, I was repeatedly asked for my phone number to FaceTime. I declined and offered reasonable alternatives such as sending a scan report, screenshot, or video, but no documentation was provided. Communication stopped after that.
