The drivers and the owner of this company are outrageous. I called this morning to report an incident I had with a driver and the so-called owner who would never give me his name was outraged that I would bother him with such a thing. Watch yourself with this company people. Bad drivers and disrespectful so-called owner.

There is nothing like being a woman stranded. Thankfully, Terrell Towing came to the rescue! I felt safe and comfortable the entire time :-) From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, courteous, friendly, and very understanding. Terrell Towing provided top notch service without breaking the bank! I would highly recommend Terrell Towing for all of your towing needs.

Our entire experience with this business was nothing but positive. The person who answered the phone (I believe it was the owner sorry I don’t remember) within five minutes the driver was dispatched. Manny was quick and professional. The whole experience took an hour and a half towing from New Orleans East in 5 o’clock traffic to Slidell. Awesome! Thank you.
