My prized 68 GMC left me on the side of 122. Hagarty insurance dispatched Terry who brought his flatbed. Even though it was Saturday afternoon and he probably missed his favorite college football game he took his time and made sure my truck arrived safely at the repair shop. I was involved in an accident a couple of days ago. Terry Johnson's Towing was called by the police to pick up my car. I did not know anyone, and had only known of Mr. Johnson until this accident. He answered just about every call when I reached out to him, and he was quick to return the calls he did miss. He was very professional, courteous, and went beyond his obligations to make this part of the situation as smooth as one could hope for. He is now my go-to guy and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
Terry was so nice and helpful when having to tow my car to his yard after hitting a deer. He was so helpful the next day when we went to look at the car. He was very down to earth and answered all the questions we had. Would recommend Terry to anyone needing your vehicle towed!
My car suddenly broke down in the middle of the road, with me and the kids. Police arrived and called tow truck and Terry Johnson showed up. At this point I was a crying mess. Far from home. He patiently and kindly listened and offered suggestions. He made sure the kids and I were safely transported to garage and even spoke to the mechanic himself. I was absolutely distressed, and his kindness towards me and my kids was an absolute blessing. I have heard horror stories on peoples experiences with tow trucks, but this was a God sent. He didnt have to do anything other than tow us, But he gave us a lifeline. I will never ever forget his kindness. Wish I could give him 10 stars. Absolutely highly recommended.
Was in a bad accident in Bedford. Terry was there ASAP and walked me through everything and was extremely helpful.
