The staff was very helpful when I called and had an appointment available for 1pm.I dropped it off early due to work and it was ready by 11am. I went to them due to purchasing my first diesel and felt more comfortable with someone who had experience with the Duramax 3.0. Will return for any service I need for my vehicle.
Used OEM Delete Kit on my 2016 Ram 1500 air suspension. Removed the entire air suspension system and replaced with shocks, springs and coils. Rides fantastic. Now, there is no reason to keep investing in software upgrades, air suspension parts and continuous fixes. These guys are pro’s.
In 2015 I took my 2000 f350 7.3 with 75k miles to wicked diesel to have it worked on. It was running rough with the check engine light on. They informed me that it needed a new IDM box, valve cover gaskets and 2 or 3 injectors(it was one or the other) was bad and they wasn't on the same side of the engine. So we agreed since it was torn down to replace all 8. Fast forward to today, the truck has only 108k miles on it and I'm having troubles with the truck again (different symptoms than in 2015). A local diesel mechanic pulled it down and it still has motorcraft injectors in it. We sent them off and 5 tested bad. I'm suspicious if WD replaced the injectors or the IDM box as they said they did. It's possible that they did but what's the likelihood of 5 motorcraft injectors failing in a 10 y
My 6.0 ended up cutting off and needed a tow. Wicked Diesel took care of my no crank/ no start issue on my truck and installed a FASS lift pump that I wanted upgraded. I’d say most shops don’t have such a quick turnaround but these guys got me in and out in quickly. The day after I picked up my truck I hit the road and made an eight hour trip up to New Jersey. Back on base with no leaks, no issues. Great service, great people! Josh, Kurt, Trevor, and the team are the guys to see. I really appreciate it!
