This Allstate office is AWESOME!!!! Always timely service, claims payment is great and stress free. Adjuster Jeff Miller has been wonderful with our property damage claim as well!

Don't!!! just dont do it!!! Claims denied no help during Heleen and run around for a year on a windshield replacement. Not even sure if Terry works at this office. 7 visit and no follow up. Also if you swich insurance they dont send you a final bill in the mail they just send you to debt collector. Great way to treat your customers. Was with allstate for over 10 years. Might as well have set my money on fire. Run away!

I love my local agency and the folks that work there, but overall I am very disappointed with Allstate. I feel as if I was shafted after Hurricane Helene. I have been a customer for 28 years and was NOT given what we feel Allstate should have done. Our adjuster that came to our house left Allstate about a Month after her coming to our house. Never heard from a new one. If I could change companies I probably Would.

It’s nice to have a person/friend you can count on and reach when a catastrophe strikes. I have always felt secure knowing Terry and his office staff are available.

Having just survived Hurricane Helena I am not yet sure how Allstate will access our damage however in the past Allstate has processed two vehicle claims timely and completely (greater than the deductible $ amount). I stayed with Allstate over several decades because of the care one of Allstates agents gave me when I needed that empathy after my car was taken and then was in an accident. At the time I had little money as I worked and completed my Masters degree. My car was paid off and I could not afford a car payment to buy another car (difference between what blue book worth and new car). The agent worked with a repair shop and instead of totaling my car, found a way to repair it. I drove that car another 7 years 😄.
