I had a wonderful experience when taking my vehicle for service. The customer service I received from Moe was great. Can’t say enough good things about my service experience. Great job! I will be back for all my service needs.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this, but I feel like it's the only way of helping customers to know the territory, as well as giving this dealership an opportunity to grow. I'm a college automotive instructor for two campuses, one in Cartersville, and the other in Marietta. I'll be using this experience as an example of how not to run an automotive business, and what to look out for as an employee/customer. I also never make it known that I'm anything other than just a "regular customer" so that I don't get any unusual service. The vehicle was a 2013 Tuscon, issue was a recall regarding the ABS module. We had a bit of a snafu when we initially brought my car in due to it riding rough and making abnormal noises on the road. The original technician misdiagnosed the overarching problem. Fortunately, the service advisor Mo was able to re-diagnose and fix the problem with a different technician. Mo & Josh in the service department made everything right and fixed the car to be good as new. They’re very friendly, the work is great, and they’re willing to work with you when things may not go to plan. Thank you Mo & Josh!

Update: 1-6-23 Terry Reid response can be viewed below. I will not be calling their service manager. I was told at least twice that the issue would be escalated to the Service Manager and that he would be calling me back. He never did. Additionally when I tried to get information on the status of my vehicle, my call was directed to an answering machine which I left messages on at least twice, and was told that I would get a response within 24 hours. That was also untrue. Further more, answering a customer service issue publicly on the internet strikes me as completely weak and unprofessional. Still haven't received a call from weeks ago. I purchased my 2024 Hyundai Ionic 6 at Ed Voyles, and @ 4200 miles my horn stopped working. In order for them or Hyundai of Kennesaw to determine the issue I would have to leave my car at the dealership for 5-7 working days before they could have the issue looked at and I'd have to "leave it there" and rent a car. I called Terry Reid Hyundai in Cartersville only 25 miles away from my house. That same day they told me to bring it in so they could determine the problem, I brought it in this morning at 10:30AM, and it less than a half hour they figured the part that needs to be replaced and ordered it.
