I got quotes from three different shops and Terry Sayther had the best pricing by far, and not because they cut corners. They quoted using accurate book hours, use OEM parts, and were completely transparent about everything. What really sets them apart, though, is their integrity. Terry Sayther is my go-to for Land Rover service. They Are knowledgeable and thorough in their diagnostic. The software that they use for service provides a thorough overview of the condition of my vehicle and has helped to identify descriptions and images of what may be something for me to keep my eye on in the future. They haven’t been too pushy in getting things fixed because as everyone who has owned a Rover knows, maintenance can be expensive. Online invoice payments and even remote lockbox services are a step above what I’ve experienced with other independent service companies.

I've heard about Terry Sayther Automotive for years but never had an opportunity to take a car there until recently. No one likes dealing with anything related to car repairs, it's just never an enjoyable experience. Well I can attest it is actually possible to have a good experience after all! These guys were so professional, knowledgeable and thorough, that I was completely blown away. I didn't end up doing everything they recommended, but they still treated me with respect and made me feel valued. If you have an older Rover, go to these guys. I promise you'll be glad you did.

Driving a Mini is a blast! Until your hear something unfamiliar and then the anxiety sets in. You have to find a specialty shop! Terry Sather Automotive was highly recommended to us. They specialize in European cars like Rovers, BMW, Minis so we gave them a shot. The service manager Nichole was professional, quick with quotes, and knowledgeable. The communication was great! Not sure who was working the magic in the back of the shop but the car runs great and highly recommended this group of specialists!!

Range Rover LR4 - Air suspension compressor. Christian Brothers didn't have the software update required for the repair and recommended Terry Sayther. Laid everything out they would do, everything they laid out happened like clockwork. Estimates were on point, complete diagnostic sent, payment handled online. Washed vacuumed, and handles like new again. They aren't much on small talk, but when you are this good, that's not what you are paying for.
