My first issue was when purchasing the vehicle and the salesman assessed my appearance and used car I showed up on and implied I was not able to afford the vehicle I purchased although I have a steady income of 80,000+ and have for years. I should have walked away then and did not. Since I have run into several issues and my most recent was a check engine light that was on. The issue was common with the vehicle I have so I reached out to VW and asked for assistance with the cost. For several weeks I communicated with Randy via text and phone and he was always prompt with his responses helpful and truthful. I went to the dealership to purchase the used vehicle and the service from every person there could not have been better. What pleasantly surprised us was the longevity of employment for nearly everyone we spoke with. I’ve been having routine maintenance on my Tiguan done through the service department for about a year and a half. There was an oil change done back in September of last year. After the oil change, I was headed out of town for work and my car alerted me going down the highway that all of my tires were low. I pulled over to check and all four tires required air. I text and asked if they checked for that during routine maintenance and was told they do. When I told them what happened, they took no accountability.
