Excellent service. Wasn't sure where I would go to get my windshield washer hose replaced for my trip to Wisconsin in about a week. I looked around and found Terry's Car Care Center and they said bring it in and we will see what we can do. It wasn't easy but they got me fixed up and was extremely fair about pricing. I would highly recommend them. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Took my vehicle in because my AC wasn't blowing cold and was informed my cooling fans needed to be replaced. He had the work done quickly and my AC has been blowing ice cold ever since. They are professional and fast and I am thankful for their service, I can honestly say you can trust their work.

If your car looks anything like mine do mot come here unless you want to be humiliated and insulted. Idk about most people but I only take my car somewhere if I have to, and that usually means it’s an emergency. I did the best I could at cleaning my car in a rushed situation. With that said I took my car into this establishment in hopes of getting my spark plugs fixed. Instead I received zero respect from the time I entered the door to the time I left. At first I was uncomfortable as the male employee who was assisting me and my partner, started asking very personal questions about our relationship ie.” are you the go getter” this comment was made several times to my partner in reference as to who wears the pants in our relationship. Terry of Terry's Car Care Center in Sherman is a great, knowledgeable, fair, helpful and sympathetic car mechanic. For the past 5 years I've come to rely on him and his shop for all my mechanical needs.I appreciate it.

I have used Terry and Kay for about 20 years and they always stand behind their work and give you a much better price than you would get at the big repair shops or dealerships. He installed a new radiator for me in a vehicle and it developed a pinhole leak in a few days, he replaced it for me for free. They are totally honest and will refuse work if it’s not needed. You can totally trust these people! They are the only ones that work on my cars if I have a chance to say anything about it. Give them a call , you won’t be disappointed!
