Tesla Collision Cherry Hill

This feedback concerns my experience with Tesla Cherry Hill Collision following the theft of my wheels and tires. My rims were stolen on October 21. There is no Tesla roadside assistance available for this situation, so I had to contact multiple tow companies before finding one equipped with wheel dollies to properly transport the vehicle. The lug nuts had also been stolen, so I made a separate trip to Tesla Service to purchase replacement lug nuts out of pocket before the car could even be towed. The tow truck driver did not have an appropriate jack, so we used mine. I assisted in installing temporary wheels roadside. That process took approximately one hour under difficult conditions. From the moment I dropped my car off, I received consistent updates on every step of the process and what the technicians were working on, which I truly appreciated. The entire Tesla team was welcoming and professional, but Michael especially stood out. He is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional, and he made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I had an excellent experience with the collision team at Tesla. I work over 90 minutes away from home, so my wife had to handle dropping off the car while caring for our baby. I wanted the process to be as smooth and stress free as possible since I couldn’t be there myself. I spoke with Anthony and Sam ahead of time to understand how everything would work, and they went above and beyond to make sure the transition was seamless. They made it easy for my wife to get in, transfer everything, complete paperwork, and be on her way quickly, which meant a lot given she had our baby with her. My Cybertruck was rear-ended and my experience with this repair shop could not have been any better. The quality of the repair was excellent and I'm very picky. They explained in detail the process for repair and the extra steps they take to match the SS finish which I love. The rental car process, pricing and agreement could not have been any easier and consumer friendly. Free FSD/supercharging for a very reasonable day rate. I had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was consistent with clear timeline check ins throughout the entire process. I was always kept up to date on next steps and expectations. Samuel was outstanding very professional responsive, and genuinely on top of everything. He took the time to explain details clearly and followed through exactly as promised. Anthony was also excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. The entire team was great all around. While it’s hard to name everyone individually, it’s obvious this location is run by people who care about communication and the overall customer experience. Highly recommend.
