Tesla Service Anchorage

I scheduled my service through app for a door window that was malfunctioning. Customer service was great and I truly felt important as a customer. The techs explained my issue well and explained the repair process.

Charlene and the crew are awesome. Very helpful, very quick, very professional in every aspect. The loaner vehicle was appreciated. I am so thankful that the are available at my time of need for the servicing of my vehicle. Always a pleasant experience.

Tesla Service Center all others should strive to be like, to include all other vehicle brands. Impressed with the level of service provided. I've owned a little bit of everything in terms of automotive brands, I've never left a service visit feeling like it was a positive experience, until today. From the level of communication, amenities provided, quality of work, etc. These dedicated folks are clearly working with what they have and making the best of it, much respect. All I can say is thank you and highly recommend this location for Tesla service.

Charlene is the best service rep I've met across 4 states dealing with Tesla service! She deserves a pay raise at the first chance! Whatever she is getting paid, its not enough! 5 star experience twice this year at this location!
