Tesla Service Carlsbad

first time service then they robbed me, i went there for tire rotation it was $65. it was too expensive but the saddest part was while they are doing the tire rotation, they said they found a nail and they will patch it for $105. what a simple way to robbed costumers. i have no choice cause i dont want to take chances driving with a nail in my tire. simple robbers i will never ever going back to this place for car service

Had an good experience, professionalism and good quality service. Even with the extreme busyness they were able to perform the service needed within 2 or 3 hours. My only gripe or complain would be the employees didn't tell us about the other waiting that had the snacks, wifi and water but other than that it was comfortable and professional highly recommend to bring your tesla here.

Very helpful staff. You dont have to worry about anything this service center will walk you through the entire process and most importantly they will repair your vehicle perfectly or 7ntil you're satisfied. I love this place, you can even charge your phone in the lobby if you need to.

Just bought a model Y and had some internal cabin noise issues. They took the reservation and Eric helped me out with the problems I had. We test drove and pinpointed exactly what was causing the noise. He fixed and test drove again and all I hear from the car is the wind and the road noise. Please tell Eric that I am very satisfied with the work he did.

This was my first time dealing with Tesla service. Let me tell you, after this experience, I’m so glad I’m a Tesla owner. We were on our way to Oceanside from Vegas when the AC went out. I made an appointment through the Tesla App for the next morning at this service center for 10:30. I actually arrived at 8:00 am and was greeted by Damon. I explained the situation and he immediately got the car back in the service dept with his lead tech on it. He advised he had more loaner cars coming in around noon but gave me $100 Uber credit to go back and enjoy the beach and even had a great suggestion for a place for lunch near the beach. Damon said if it would take longer than same day, I could come back and get a loaner. I went back to my hotel and headed to the beach. Around 2pm, I received a me
