Tesla Service Delray Beach

Third time I’ve had a great experience at the service center. The service advisors and the manager, Fred, have always been fair and honest when dealing with me. The one time I challenged the pricing, I shopped around and found that they were very fairly priced. I do believe service centers in general get a bad rap because of a history of trying to sell people things they don’t need, and I don’t believe that is the case here. What I have seen more than once is people asking Tesla or these service advisors to do things that are out of scope for them.

Absolute worst service center around. Somehow, they seem to have deleted their last Google business account, which wiped out all of the horrendous reviews they had and it seems they are trying to start fresh however I feel that’s very dishonest and I am leaving this review after a recent experience getting my car repaired where I sat for a couple of hours and the car had been completed for one hour just sitting outside and the service attendant failed to get me to let me know my car was complete completed . After they repaired the wheel on my car, that wheel was squealing really loud, which means I will have to go back and waste more of my time to try to have this sorted out. The lounge area sucks. This is the best Tesla Service Center. I live in Broward County and would prefer this location. Its actually closer for me than the East Fort Lauderdale. Lloyd took great care of me. I only got out my car to take a loaner home, and my wait time was about 25 mins from the time I pulled up, to getting on the road with my loaner. Lloyd actually listened to me and simply got the job done. He was also able to address another concern while waiting on a part. Fort Lauderdale is the absolutely worse place to service your Tesla. They didnt fix my issue over 3 visits, but Delray did it in one visit.
