Tesla Service Lake Forest

Had a great service experience with Tesla Lake Forest. Had an issue where my screen went dark. It wasn’t a separate battery fixed, but they actually ultimately had to replace my CPU. But the key issue, is they quickly took in the car, gave me a loaner, continue to notify me regularly on updates to the repair, even though it took over a week to address and fix. Because I was traveling, they even left my car outside the facility after hours so that I could pick it up and return my loaner fitting at my late schedule. Overall, I thought it was superior service, keep me informed, and insured it was minimized trouble to me. Still have no idea why specifically the screen went dark. But that’s another issue for another day. My car runs great now. Back to Tesla self driving!

I am posting this review to publicly document a serious and unresolved billing and customer service issue with Tesla. I own multiple Tesla vehicles. One of them, a Cybertruck, was involved in a collision approximately 4–5 months ago and has been non-operational since. At the time of the accident, the Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscription for this vehicle was canceled. Despite this, Tesla continued charging my credit card $99 per month for FSD for several months — for a vehicle that: • Was not drivable • Was undergoing collision repair • Could not possibly use FSD When I contacted Tesla customer support to resolve this issue, the experience was extremely disappointing. Today I contacted Tesla Service to ask a simple question. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with, named Heather, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was dismissive and rude, and she showed no interest in assisting or listening to my question. Instead of trying to help, her responses felt rushed and irritated, as if my call was an inconvenience. When I asked to be transferred to another department or to speak with a supervisor, she clearly stated that she could not transfer me to anyone and told me to call again later. She did not provide any alternative support or solution. Throughout the call, she appeared focused on ending the conversation rather than resolving the issue. Really bad service here!! I specially made an appointment to know more or less how long repairing my windshield would take. I dropped my car at 9'30am and my given approximate completion time was 11'30am the same day. Then, I received a message telling me that my car would only be ready the following day at 2pm!! I called to inquiry about this delay and all I got is: we have a backlog to deal with and will repair your car when possible!! So my question is: why do we schedule an appointment and are given a approximate completion time? I was really frustrated and do not recommend this location.

I visited this service center with my 2025 model 3 after experiencing some software issues with my vehicle. I arrived late, 10 minutes before closing, but the experts onsite immediately assisted me and remedied the issue I was having and I walked out just minutes later. As I was about to pull out, the employee who assisted me rushed out to fill my wiper fluid, which had been low for weeks. He did this on his own, I assume after reviewing my vehicles data on the their system. I was astounded, the service here is phenomenal.
