Tesla Service Naples

Great service and first experience at this new location. Glad this is now available in Naples. Trekking up to Ft. Myers every time for service was getting tiresome.

I cannot thank this service team enough for their outstanding support. I had a completely flat tire while traveling with my toddler, and my usual auto shop told me it would take two days to get a replacement tire. Feeling stuck, I decided to call this new service center and spoke with Sergio, the service advisor. He was incredibly calm, reassuring, and confident that they could replace my tire the same day if I could get the car there before 5 PM. After a long 3.5-hour wait for AAA, my car finally arrived at the service center around 4:20 PM. Unfortunately, the technician had already left for the day—but instead of turning me away, the manager personally stepped in. He removed all the necessary parts and had my tire replaced in just 45 minutes! I have never been in and out of a service c
