I scheduled a 2 day model Y demo last weekend. Jason at Tesla helped me out. Jason was incredibly insightful, passionate about the product and went above and beyond to help me understand all the features. A great overall experience. And very refreshing from your usual dealership/sales experience. I encourage everyone to demo a Tesla. FSD 14 was an eye opening experience.
Booked appointment through the app- first appointment was 8 days out. They were able to squeeze me in sooner- unfortunately I did not get a loaner vehicle but understood because they squeezed me in. My only complaint is using the app to communicate is cumbersome and time consuming. Can take hours or minutes to get a reply. Tough to discuss repair scenarios via chat. A phone call would be much easier.
