Their estimates on when they could get the car in, the length of work, and date of pickup were spot on. They also communicated multiple times while the vehicle was there about how the work was going and if they were still on schedule. The finished product looks better than before the accident.

I brought my vehicle into the shop for my back bumper to be replaced due to someone backing in to it. The staff assisted me with the details regarding my deductable and the rental I needed while my SUV was being fixed. They provided me with updates throughout the process and were genuinely friendly whenever we communicated about the process. My vehicle looks great!

The office staff was very helpful and friendly. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday with the status of my vehicle. The shop staff did an excellent job! My vehicle was cleaned and looked like new when I picked it up! I would highly recommend Texarkana Auto Body Works!
