Texarkana Harley-Davidson

The people that work here are really something special. Dealer will charge you over a grand to make your bike "road ready" when in reality they are these people are the most lazy, negligent group of so called "mechanics" I have ever seen. I bought a bike from them a week ago and have found life threatening problems already. The master tech that works there should be ashamed of himself. You all have inspired me to reopen my own service shop specifically to run this place out of business. If I could give you zero stars I would. Avoid texarkana harley like the plague. Any bike you buy from them used will kill you within a month if you dont know what your looking at! Riders, beware!!

Nick and the sales crew are very knowledgeable and willing to work to meet your needs. Kayla and the finance department make it happen... Good job. I highly recommend getting the Pit Pass... The motor clothes folks are outstanding as well. Walter, Cam and the service crew are very good at keeping up with scheduled work to be done in a timely manner. Big Mo and Big Ben at the parts counter know their stuff. And, if you go to Texarkana Harley Davidson, you will definitely see Mike running around like a mad man. Had a great day at Texarkana Harley playing bingo and visiting with all the friendly staff. One of the friendliest Harley Davison stores we have visited we always feel like family. Very knowledgeable staff in every Dpt.

We spoke with Tara and she was extremely sweet and helpful. My mother traveled through there and bought me a shirt as a gift for me. She purchased wrong size and Tara was able to hook us up with a replacement. Thanks again
