I brought my 2015 Volvo in after a derate issue. The service advisor, Jim, was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to help me — even gave me a ride to my hotel. He treated me right and handled his part well. The issue was with the technician. From the start, he was dismissive, acted like he didn’t care what the driver had to say, and clearly didn’t want to listen to my description of the problem. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion. They did find a small crack in the muffler near the doser valve and welded it, which I appreciated — that repair was done correctly. Had a great experience it's been a while since I was treated decent at a repair shop getting work done they were very knowledgeable about the trucks they work on and kept me informed every step of the way.
