Tristen always takes great care of me! They replaced a warrantied clip and adjusted my hood latch within about 10 minutes today. Always great service!

Took my car in after it was hit in a parking lot with an insurance claim on uninsured motorist. They had it for 2 weeks and when I got it back there were burn throughs in a couple spots and one side of my bumper never even got buffed and polished after sanding. I took it back to them and they agreed to fix it and kept it another 2 days. Now it looks as if they spilled paint on my fender and it was my bumper that needed the work. Also I found a new spot of not bumper that wasn't polished completely. They are some nice guys and friendly. But who quality checks the vehicles before they leave the shop? My bet is no one. I am still undecided if I want to take it back for a third time or not. I might just fix it myself at this point. I can buff and polish better than them anyway. In good conscie

I recently had a disappointing experience with Texas Auto Body after my new vehicle was rear-ended just a few months after purchase. After researching several auto shops, I chose them for the repair. They informed me that the repair would take longer than expected due to a backorder of bumpers from Volkswagen, which was understandable, so I didn’t mind the wait. However, after two or so months, we finally got the car back, only to notice the same area of the bumper still had visible damage to the exact same spot that was hit. It seemed like they just buffed it, and the damage was visible once more. When we brought this up to the shop, one of the staff insinuated that the car had to have been hit again in the same spot, and asked if someone had rear-ended us again. which was both embarrass

Definitely not the same body shop of years before with service that is very poor. The apathetic attitude of one of the estimators, Tristen, was quite evident and he makes no effort to appease a customer, even blaming the customer for his shortfall. Thankfully I retrieved the vehicle before any repair was initiated and will be seeking the service of a better body shop.

Caleb B. deserves a raise or a promotion! This gentleman was absolutely respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in every way possible. He talked me through two different quotes that he could do for me with the repairs I needed free of charge on my vehicle. Texas Body Shop was not only the better deal quote wise around town when I went price checking but they sure do know how to train their employees well. There is a huge difference when you see that they care and are willing to help in any way possible. I was able to get the car back within the week and even when I went to pay, Caleb was able to knock off even $80 more for me from the original quote. The car looks grand from the repairs.
