The WORST customer service of ANY business I have EVER dealt with! Whoever answers the phone, really needs a new understanding of her position or simply a new career! I have been a long time customer! After my call in yesterday, I will be seeking coverage elsewhere. Somewhere I feel my business is appreciated! PS - I'm not a problem customer, I was simply calling to speak to my agent; to increase my coverage. But, it was as if I were asking to speak with the President! Whoever answers the phone, just lost my business! She's a CLASS 5 Gate Keeper!

Worked for people who had this insurance. Fell from ladder n broke pelvis 2 places. Stayed unable to work r move much for 5 months. Medicare paid 14 day Trama unit stay n Conroe Texas. The people whom I worked for were elderly n needed outdoor help. Thier homeowners would not pay anything for my out of pocket expenses. Wife taking of work for 3 weeks of care, r for help for me after she HAD to go back. Adjuster in responsive n told I’ll call only to never hear. People pleaded n stated they felt insurance was for thier protection against such. I know 3 different families who have canceled thier polices due to this n more shall follow as I begin a SOCIAL MEDIA BLITZ AGAINT THIS COMPANY.

I've been insured thru them for 7 yrs. Love my agent, and love my insurance. Everyone else tried to get me a good deal, but they just can't beat the prices of Texas Farm Bureau.

We've enjoyed having this ins co! Easy doing business with them. Friendly & professional. Very helpful ppl. Even the road side assistance department was very pleasant & had us tended to promptly.

I am so glad I switched to Texas Farm Bureau. Kayla and the staff are absolutely amazing!
