Such a wonderful experience with Johnny’s service. He truly helped guide me through all things needed to be done as it was my first major accident to my car. My car ended up needing a new trunk door and Johnny would update me constantly on when it’ll arrive, what was wrong, and when it arrived so they would start working on it. Which I really appreciated so I would be able to know how my car is doing. He also treated me like a human being and not just a number which made me feel a lot more comfortable about his shop. I truly loved the overall experience and would highly recommend heading here for your car!

If I could give Johnny and his crew more stars, I would! They were able to get me the absolute best deal on my banged up car door and held my hand through the entire experience. As a young woman far from family in the area, me and my car felt cared for and looked after (my car, wallet, and sanity). Johnny even shared car tips with me. You can tell the shop is family-oriented and people-oriented, always looking for other people's best interest. This will be my shop from now on.

Johnny did a great job repairing my 2006 CR-V -- he did the work quickly and it looks amazing. In so many ways, Johnny surpassed my expectations. I was so relieved when he said he'd work on my CR-V that the insurance company deemed to be totaled. I was distraught that I'd lose my dream car to some body damage, especially when mechanically everything was fine. Johnny worked with me to get my CR-V to his shop -- problems with the tow company AAA was contracting and my work schedule didn't make it easy to get my CR-V to his shop, but Johnny accommodated me and I was able to get my CR-V there outside of normal business hours which made my life a lot easier.
