Please avoid this place at all cost!!! I needed a routine oil change. I couldn’t find the other place I was looking for. So I stopped here since it was close. The place a complete mess when I got there. I asked for an oil change and the guy told me the guy was going to be here soon. In the mean time he went and completely drained my oil without even telling me how long it would take or what the price would be. I’m usually very patient until i was more than 15-25 minutes waiting. So I told the guy that I never told him he could remove the oil. He called the guy and told me he would be here soon again. Then I asked how I would pay and said cash only and I wouldn’t get a receipt. That was the final straw and told him to put the oil back into my car.

This shop is in violation of NC Auto repair laws. Mario tells you cash only and does not provide any type of receipt so that he can do his dirt without a trace. You go there for one thing and end up with a whole lot of car problems that were purposely created by him. His shop is run down, broken windows, and none of the state required signs are up. This is a red flag. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARIO!!!!

DAMAGED MY CAR PERMANENTLY!!!! Took it in for one thing and he decided to fix something else that was never broken and now the differential is GONE and it costs thousands of dollars to fix and he is denying everything!!!! DO NOT USE I paid him $1000 in total for repairs and he damaged my car!!!!

Came in for a right rear seal leak left with a damaged Differential never using their service I asked for my money owner said no. Avoid this place at all cost.

I was next to it because I had to make a delivery next door and I was curious about a Nissan they had but it wasn't for sale
