Pat is a straight-shooter and their work is consistently good. I used to be a mechanic and I trust this place for any work I don't feel like doing. They're our family mechanic now and I don't think that's gonna change any time soon. Only drawback is that they don't do alignments.

Have to say it was one of the most straight forward pleasant and honest experiences I’ve had. Pat was awesome with answering any questions and communicating effectively exactly what needed done, he broke down best case and worst case scenario to fix my vehicle and he ended up saving me a good amount of money. Stand up guys stand up shop wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.

EDIT: Went back because of how good the service was and got honest work at an honest price. I also suspect they went ahead and fixed a whining sound that had been bothering me as it dissapeared after coming back. Best garage in town! Amazing experience, even though Pat couldn't fix my problem he refused a diagnostic fee. Upstanding guy!!!

My family discovered this wonderful business when we moved to Spokane in 2018, and Pat and his crew have worked on all our cars: Toyotas. Fords, Chrysler. In particular, my 1991 Volvo was kept running really well for over 240K miles. They showed incredible generosity at different times, test-driving for long periods at no cost. I felt like i really had an advocate in Pat, for knowing what i needed from that car, and giving me guidance as to when to say it was time to get a different car. When that day came he inspected my "new" used car at no cost. A while back, i heard though tne grapevine that one of the guys at my church who "knows cars" was advising his friends about a really good and reliable mechanic. Who was it? 509 Garage!!! Pat and his team are amazing. Always super professional and make sure I am informed on what needs to be done on my vehicles. Pat is awesome about keeping me updated on the progress they have made when I have brought a vehicle in for service. I have been going here for over 3 years now and have no plans of changing mechanics. I could not be happier with 509 garage and the service they provide. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.
