This place is a gem and is so refreshing to come across an honest family owned business! I was in the market to purchase my mother a used yet affordable car in good condition. After shopping around, I am so happy that I chose to work with The Auto Network. The purchase process was so clear and you could feel the genuine desire to help from everyone at the dealership. Fast forward a year later, I went back when I was looking to lease a Mercedes Benz for myself. The team still remembered my name and went above and beyond to help me once again. My partner and I needed to buy a car during the pandemic, and I was dreading trying to do so safely and conveniently. Simon and Christine were great every step of the way. They were transparent, helpful, and not pushy at all. They even went above and beyond to deliver the car to us in New York so that we didn't have to come back to the dealership a second time on public transportation. I can't recommend them highly enough. Not to mention we love our car and it drives great!!

I had a good buying experience at this dealership. A friendly family atmosphere. I purchased a used Mercedes, they did entertain a negotiation and we met in the middle. So far the car has been great. I asked the car be cold before I got there and it was. I would purchase from them again. I didn't get a warranty and there wasn't one offered so there really isn't anything to complain about as far as the car goes. As for the people at the dealership go, friendly faces and they were all family which was nice. Simon, even got me some coffee! If they have a vehicle you are interested in, I would defiantly recommend them. Cheers
