The Auto Spa Car Wash

This has been my go to car wash for a couple of years now and as far as car washes go, it’s OK. I don’t think anybody looks for perfection because there are areas that just don’t come clean or where the water just stagnates. But I just go home and go over it a little bit. But this morning I got home and noticed that the bottom third of the car looks like it wasn’t even touched. I should’ve taken pictures but instead, I just grabbed the hose and hosed off the bottom and cleaned it myself. I really wanted all that dirt and salt off the car. I don’t know if there was some technical difficulty today or what because I never had this problem before. So disappointed in this car wash because I just wasted $18.

Unable to complete the car wash twice after paying $18.00 for each wash on separate occasions. I was having trouble shifting my new car into neutral, called the office for both occasions for a credit and no one is returning my call.

Just wasted $22.50 on this car wash. My truck basically got a quick rinse with water and it looks almost identical to how it did before the wash.

This place has no attendant. You pull up to the gate and pay with card and you drive yourself into the enclosure. It would be nice if the price of the car wash was less than normal considering there is very little overhead, but I paid $20 for a wash like any other place that has attendance and also free vacuum. Here you have to pay two dollars for the vacuum. Also, once you exit the car wash, there is some potholes and puddles that you have to drive through which makes your car dirty again. It’s clear the owners of this car wash do not maintain this place and they’re out to make a quick buck.

It's not cleaning very well. I think it moves to fast. I tried to clean my wife's Rav 4 and it came out dirty on one side. When you get the rinse portion it leaves a lot of soap. Sometimes you see someone working but most times for me no one. My wife's car is garaged kept and she doesn't drive much, 2000 miles in 6 months.
