The Auto Spa Express

My car was clean but the trim was damaged during the wash. The manager even said the trim came up as soon as their equipment touched my car. Please explain how that's not the carwash fault. He also tried to say its a defect from the manufacturer. I took my car through an Auto Spa near Arundel Mills in Hanover, MD, no damage was done to my car. This place and the manager is shady and I will pursue this matter further.

Great car wash. Wish they had a little more space to provide some extra vacuum stations. And it’s hit or miss with the vaccines as they are Sometimes are clogged. (I cannot imagine what people are vacuuming up in their cars that would clog an industrial vacuum. Otherwise great service and price.

The brushes are violent against the car, more than the AutoSpa on Rt 85. I heard a loud thump when the brush was thumping on the rear hatch and saw something fly off the back of my car. As soon as I could I pulled my car into a spot and noticed my windshield wiper blade was missing. Then I notice a Crack in the base of the wiper mechanism. I put my hatch up but when I tried to push the button to close the hatch the button was recessed and did not work. I immediately went inside the office to make them aware. I'm waiting to see if they will offer any compensation. I will be surprised if they do. From now on it will be a touches car wash near my car.

My husband and I were road-tripping from Kansas to my hometown in Frederick, Maryland, and our vehicle was extremely muddy by the time we arrived. We decided to do a basic wash, which honestly seemed sufficient to us. Before we even exited the wash, the manager flagged us down and let us know there were still some muddy spots that hadn’t fully come off. Without hesitation, he offered to run our car through the wash a second time for free, and even got out a hose to manually spray down the areas that were missed. His kindness, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stood out. It says a lot about his character and the kind of business he runs. We will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone we know and will be back again on our next visit. Outstanding service!

Auto Spa Express is my happy place I have a monthly membership and love being able to keep my car clean for a reasonable price. I don’t have a garage, but I do have plenty of birds and squirrels in my trees, so I get a wash at least a few times a week. Plus the music is always great. For a few minutes it’s like being back in high school doing a car wash fundraiser. 😹
