My service advisor Marc Kubil was attentive as soon as I arrived to have my car serviced. Asked what I was there for and any concerns I had. It was my 70K maintenance appointment plus I pointed out that the brakes were making lots of noise after a bit of driving. Well now I know that after market parts not Volvo do make a difference in that they are inferior. I've only had them 3 months from another service provider but still make plenty noise. They stop but just noisy. My option was to replace with genuine Volvo parts but for now I'll live with it until the next brake change. Had a loaner vehicle ready for me too. Thank you, Marc for the pleasant experience!

I’m editing my review for this stealership today because it’s very frustrating to need a specific part for my car and it’s always so expensive. The employees are great and I understand that they’re in the business to make a profit but they double as the the Volvo webstore. So if a part goes on sale and it’s a good price they will offset it with shipping and handling to make up the difference. I’m a mechanic and I am also a salesman but if you’re going to represent a brand and want brand loyalty from your customers then you should have more of a personal relationship with people and try to show the public that you appreciate thier business as much as we love their cars. Not have a additude when your driving a car older then 10 years old. Not should they make a 1.25 pound product weigh 16 p

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Truly. We worked with Hajira and she was super communicative from the start. Scott, the general manager, was running finance that day and he bent over backwards to get us the best interest rate and warranty. Everyone was very kind and friendly. We will definitely return to Autobarn Volvo Cars Oak Park for all future service appointments on our Volvos. Just overall a delightful experience.

Robert Fellows met me at my car. We discussed the service i needed and how long it would take. The service was completed to my satisfaction and the car returned sooner than I expected. All in all a very pleasant experience.
