Briefly, as you call them, they ask you to explain what's wrong with the truck. As you begin to do that, Mechanic or the manager starts interrupting and literally yelling at your because "we the truckers" think we know it all. Well sir, all I'm trying to do is give you information. Says, "I'll call you back" and is never seen or heard from again.
