This is my 8th purchase with Justin (GOAT) Mitchell. He has always been upfront and personable. Fantastic working with him. I also want to say a big thank you to Josh for helping finish up the deal you were a great help. I told them that I wanted the car and they had it detailed and fueled up almost by the time I got there. A+ for customer service.

Overall great experience with the entire staff. Aryn was kind and pleasant and did well answering all of our many questions. Our experience with Randy dealing with finances and paperwork was also great. A much better experience than at previous dealerships. We even got to talk Steve Landers and he was so kind and fun! Will definitely be back if we are in the market for another vehicle.

My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles from Chris Crain (typically at the Conway Hyundai location) and have always had a good experience. As we started looking for a new vehicle for me, this location had a few I wanted to check out. I was thrown off at first since it has recently just been purchased by Chris Crain, but they had a great inventory selection. The salesman who reached out to me first, Derek Weikel, ended up being my favorite I’ve ever worked with (which is a lot because I’ve had a tendency to get bored easy with my vehicles 😂). Horrible experience with Lisa Mendenall. When I initially purchased my car and was approved her communication was okay. Immediately after I started to experience issues with temp tag, getting the title to register my vehicle and etc because I am out of state. She doesn’t have the decency to simply respond when she’s being reached out to by a customer. I am disgusted and disappointed with the communication or lack of. For months now I have texted her consistently, some times days out the week and never get a response or get one ONCE and then she goes cold turkey and ghost. My title came late almost 3 months after my purchase of the vehicle and I paid additional fees and penalties to register it. During the whole 3 months, i was consistently asking about the paperwork and was getting ignored
