The car doctor

Nick’s a nice guy, but he didn’t fix my car properly. I paid him to get it running, and two days later I was stranded at the airport at 1AM. I texted him and still have not heard back from and it’s been over a day — no response, no apology, no offer to make it right. Communication was pretty much non-existent. Yeah, he’s cheap, but so was the work. I really wanted to keep using him, but I can’t recommend him after this. Car’s still not fixed, and I’m out the money. Take your car to a proper shop. This guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. Waste of time and money.

I highly recommend Nick. My wife and I are here for the summer from Florida. My vehicle was running very rough, and the check engine light was on and would flash. I stopped at the O'Reily store in Hugo to have them do a code check to see what was going on. Nick happened to be there and offered to do the check himself with his own equipment. He took the time to diagnosis the problem. No. 6 cylinder was missing, and he explained what was going on. He then looked at the engine to see if it would be an easy fix or not. It was not. However, Nick explained what he would do to make sure that it was only an issue with No. 6 cylinder. He could not fix the problem at the time.
