The Car Guys Garage is amazing! They meet beyond expectations. I needed to go after my car door was hit during an accident. By the time I got my car back, it looked new as ever. Also, when I needed help with a ride to pick up my rental, he offered services when he didn’t have to. I love this body shop and highly recommend. Another thing is that they have reasonable prices for all of the work they do. I really wish I can give 10 stars!

I rarely make any recommendations but this company has repeatedly given me the absolute best service!! Therefore, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Car Guys on Bertrand Drive in Lafayette, Louisiana for all your body shop needs. I have utilized their services many times in the past in this same location. They do an excellent job every time!!! Recently, I was involved in an accident and my Audi, which I love, was smashed in on the front divers side. I picked it up only days later it looked like a brand new car! It was so beautiful and clean!!! The Car Guys went over and beyond my expectations. They even cleaned the back windshield that required time and it had zero to do with this incident! They pampered my car! They explained everything to me and spoke directly to my insurance agent. The car shop, The Car Guys, was recommended to do repair work on a trunk that was rear ended. The damage was minor but the customer service was absolutely out of this world phenomenal! I could not recommend these guys enough. John was kind, professional, direct with what needed to be fixed and the price could not be beaten! John talked me through the entire process of what would happen to my vehicle and gave great advice on the aftercare process. This place was AMAZING. They were recommended to me yesterday to which I talked with them brought my car in to be seen, dropped it off to them in the morning and got it back the same afternoon fixed. Will absolutely use them in the future if needed. The staff was super helpful as well.
